I tried to book 2 one-way tickets on Octber 16th from Kolkata to Bangalore. The transaction was failed but amount of Rs 6158 was debited from my credit card account. From that date till now I am following with them through customer service number (which is worst) and e-mail but failed to get my money back. Now they are not responding my e-mails and also in Customer Service everytime a new person starts from the scratch and not follow after that. I think I spent Rs.1000 to call them in customer service. Now I like to take legal actions through consumer court. Can anybody help me the process in Bangalore...
