It is unfortunate to note that despite making payment towards air travel and receipt of the PNR from Ezeego1office, we did not get a confirmed booking. When inquired, the office of Indian Airlines had explained this as a default in confirming the ticket numbers from your side.
Several time I have tried to reach your customer care executives in the hotline numbers specified who are always busy.
It has been almost 3 monts since they have returned my money. Even now there isnt an assurity that when I will get back my money.
