I completed a transaction on your site www.ezeego1.com on 25th May, for a Air Deccan flight from lucknow to delhi for 29th of May (departure time 1450 hrs)
The payment was being done through net banking (Axis Bank) but after the transaction was complete, no page was displayed, neither the ticket got generated and the amount of Rs. 5314 was debited from my account. I have confirmed with Axis bank, the amount of Rs.5314 has been credited in ezeego1 account.
Diferent operators in the call centre say different things, some say it is a transaction failure and the amount would be auto reverted, some say they have forwarded the complaint to the concerned department and they shall get back. Till date none of then have been able to give a satisfactory answer.
