Wrong Debit in my credit cards

Though my tickets have not been confirmed, the company has claimed Rs.12736/- on 1.9.2008 from my HSBC Card and another Rs.12736/- on 4.9.2008 from my Indian Bank Credit card. Kindly arrange to get my credits back. The amount is so huge that I am depressed.
