Not responding the request on Scheme certificate related information

I was working with M/s Faiveley Transport India Limited from August 1992 to June and resigned in June. The employer is not giving me the details on my Pension account with PF office, Salem. Also no response on my request to furnish service details to PF office to get a scheme certificate.
