Improper ticketting

I tried to book a ticket on 01-07-09 using K.S.R.T.C e-ticket reservation through my SBI internet banking. But while transaction taking place, it was found that it has failed due to some network problems. Then I logged out and again I tried for the ticket. This I got the ticket printout. But while checking the account balance and statement I found that the amount has been deducted both the times. I could find only one ticket in my booking history also. Then I waited for the amount which will be refunded within some days as usual happens. But now its one month over, I have not received the amount back. Here I mention the details of both tickets.

Amount – Rs.627

Journey details – Banglore to Payyanur and Payyanur to Banglore (Return)

Journey date – 03-07-09 (Banglore to Payyanur) and 05-07-09 (Payyanur to Banglore)
