I engaged Fast India Relocation to move my Bike from Bangalore to Ghaziabad on December 31. It has been over 2 weeks from my scheduled date and my bike has still not arrived in Ghaziabad. The owner (Virendar - 9538600314, 9342505413) keeps procrastinating, and avoids the calls. Please assist me in getting my goods back at the earliest. From the past 2 week they are saying that bike has reached Delhi and transport line is like this only. Now while enquiring it has been discovered from delhi where they said the bike is there on 6 January, that this guy Virendra is a middle man and doesn t even own a transport of his own and also after taking the order he just din t care about the delivery. Him not answering the calls has made me suspicious from last 10 days that he has stolen my bike.
I have given them a HDFC account payee cheque no. 193249 (Mr. Rani Parakash).
I strictly advise everyone not to use their service even if they are quoting lesser price. They are the one who will immediately respond to your relocation needs as soon as you enter your requirements.
I need immediate help to recover my bike from them. Please help me by taking appropriate steps.
