I have subscribed for femina hindi vide CID 25863770. the issue is going to renew after jan'10, but i had started receiving subscription from April'09. in the said period too i did not receive May subscription. i had a talk with the courier person who too agreed that there was a problem in the subscriptions for the month Feb'09 and March'09 which were not received by me.
i made several calls to the customer care in respect of the referred problem. So i request you to look into the matter and grant full annual subscription starting from April'09 to March'09.
