Not getting the subscribed copies regularly

My subscription number - 00271639 and customer Id is 00197041. I must confess that the service is so poor & pathetic that I have decided not to subscribe the Femina magazine anymore. I have been getting only 1 copy in a month, that too irregularly.

I have complained so many times but no resolution till date. Horrible management.
