I am flat owner and resident @ Fernville Flat Owner's Association, 12 Infantry Road Cross Bangalore 1. There is an illegal construction in the basement for which I have furnished the management with ample proof that it should be demolished to make parking available for residents. Also an entire section of the basement wall is suffering dampness due to negligence of maintainance becuase this length of the wall cannot be accessed the Association has been denied access due to the construction. My flat is located on this side. Also as a first owner I have been asking for parking to be made available if the illegal contruction is demolished. The President and the Secretary are activley protecting the wrongful interests of the parties who had initiated this illegal construction for commercial purposes in connivance with the builders (Nandi Housing Pvt Ltd). I would like to know if this grevience will be considered by the Consumer Forum. I have all the relevant documents to prove my case. I also pay my monthly maintainance to the Association.
