I had registered a complaint regarding failure of the Voltage Stabilizer, which I had purchased from Whirlpool along with the 450Ltr Refrigerator (FF450ELITE). The Stabilizer is under a 7 year warranty from Whirlpool. It is more than 4 weeks since I complained, But there is no response yet.
I am highly dissatisfied with the After Sales service for my Refrigerator. I have been following up with Phone support, but there is NO RESOLUTION. Promises are made and not kept. Even the Service engineer has not visited us even once till now. Is this what we should expect from a MNC.
