Dear Sir / Madam,

My self Kaushal Mehta I have given the resignation on 26-05 and my last working day in the company was 26-06. i have completed my full handover formalities and also submitted the document for the PF withdrawal but till date my company is not providing any details whether company has submitted my claim to PF department or not.

Previously also i have sent the complain through this site but still no reply from your side.
