Financing of Vehicle
Non receipt of NOC of vehicle MP53C 0829

We had financed our vehicle which is Indiaca MP53 C 0829 from ICICI Bank. On May we had paid all the money but still we have not received NOC regarding vehicle. With referance to the compalaint which I had submitted on Oct. 16. with referance to the non issue of NOC of vehicle no. MP 53C 0829 (Service Reference SR82839710). I would like to tell you that I have still not received the NOC and my Family is planning to move to consumer court with the allegation of disturbing and troubling the lady whose Husband had expired and also in the case of non receipt of NOC by ICICI for the last 6 months. Please guide me in this issue
