I Have booked a consignment from Guntur - Mumbai consignment: A66677010 on 18-01 and on 22-01 still the website tracking is showing dispatched from guntur. I am not able to understand Why first flight is offering very bad service? Still the consignment showing the status dispatched from Guntur. I am trying to call customer care number given on my docket and it 24 Hrs busy. No proper response for the mails sent to customer care also. I experiencing the worst service offered by first flight courier. I have sent two mails so far and there is no feedback so far. I have contacted the booking branch in Guntur, they are not able to give any response on this. This is the worst... worst... service offered by a courier agency in my life--
