This is my second worst experience with them and I suggest and request to stop using their services.
1. When my cousin sent me a courier from Bangalore they dispatched to wrong address and person. I foolowed up and finally no response from them.
2.Recently, on 28th Feb vide AWBNo;c06952670 again they repeated their negligence and till now i haven't received it and they least bother about your concerns and they don't have customer care number. I am not sure where my emails are going and this was from SBI credit card rewards gifts and they also least bothered about it. For getting POD copy they took 45 days and still investigation is going.
God only knows the delivery date of my gift again to me... both SBI cards and Firstflight are taking their own sweet time.
