From Chennai to Adoni (AP), courier booked on 28th June 08 vide their consignment No: C26437999.
Two days back from their tracking system understood that courier not delivered, in fact coiming back and reason given - Non service station.
I am surprise to understand that while accepting the booking it self, they whould have mentioned this.
Why, after a week this msg appering on their information sysyem.
Document sent was time bond one and which was suppose to re-couried after necessary processing from destination. Where as un-delivered courier also not come so-far.
1. While accepting these peoples are not aware destination point has no service?
2. Or they accept just to make money, but what cost?
3. Is it any action by raising complaint here?
4. I won't think any changes? I would like to ask one question? so far 13 complaints are were raised any action? any improvement in service?
