Respected Sir,
I was an employee of First Indian Corporation. I have worked there for 4years 3months. Due to some personnel affairs I have resigned the job on 22nd July. I went to the office to claim my PF amount [P.F A/C No.004701532712 ] but authorities of the above company asked me to give duly signed blank cheque along with form No.10 C [E.P.S] and form No.19.
I want to know whether it is necessary to give blank cheque as per your departmental rules.
