Not recd Even after 20 days of paying them

I had ordered for Fitness Kit in which they were giving 1 Track Suit 1 pair of Shoes 1 Bag 1 Towel. I had paid them thru credit card on 1st of February and i got the unique id as 7700023262 and i was told that i will get my kit within 14 days.. Till date i have not recd..
