Subject: Telephone No:2425693- Balitha, Vapi
Dear Sir,
I have obtained Tel Advice Note W/O No: VPI64333 dated 15.05.09. Since then I have contacted Vapi Telephone Exchange (Mr. Tandel, Mr. Yadav and the lineman but as on date no action has been taken the telephone is not in use. This has created mental disturbance to my parents who are senior citizens. I am a service person and always away from my home. My parents are unable to contact me over my mobile number in absence of the said land line number.
Now, can you please advise what is to be done?
Looking to the problem faced, I will expect an early reply from your end.
