I have bought a pair of Florsheim Shoes from Khals store in July. I have used the shoes for only 6 to 7 days. one of the shoes stritching has worn out. It is the consecutive second pair I am giving for repair. Last time I had a different problem when I bought the shoes from the city centre show room.
I am surprised at the kind of quality they are manufacturing and sending to market.
Also, i have given the shoes for repair 2 weeks back, but I am yet to get any response from the Khals store and on the repair status. Whenever I visit them for status, they say the shoes has gone to the company and we will inform once we receive the same. I am waiting for past 2 weeks to get it delivered.
