On 4th Nov. i was ordering a a gift form www.flowerdeliveryindia.com. worth rs. 1855. but the order was not executed sucesfully still the ammount was transfered from the credit card. The ammount is transfered to Kolkata account. I have taken the transaction ID from the bank for this transfer its 0225449.
Now the mercahnt is not responding the emails regarding this, and the Customer care no on website is switched off.
