Credit card payments

Dear Sir

I have made all full payements for all the month till march. Although feb statement was not recieved same was informed to bank. My only outstanding amount is 8547.19/- where i was ready to pay them but they are not ready to resolve the issue and its is increasing every month. I have recieved N number of calls from them, but no body listen, even i have called the bank also.

Below r the details mails sent to them and few responses from bank

Dear Concerned

I will do the payment of last statement transaction which is total 8547.18/-

only if you do the correction in the statement. I will not make you payement

of 11055/- which is not at all justified. Instead of making the full

payement you always incurred Cahrges to me check my past mail. You people

never response on time due to which you levied the finance charges to me.

What is my fault? I m always requesting for the correct statement which you

are not giving.

Better if you want the close this matter amicably. I did not get you

statement delivers for feb. Same was complaint to you and Yesterday also i

have called you cc for the correction of statement and response was too bad.

Better if you want the clear the payement, You sould settle down before 27th

otherwise I will not make any payement and finance charges apply on the

payement will not be accepted and that will not my fault. After 27th April

no need to send your excutive to me

I have called up your customer care, Talk to MR Ali and Your system is not working, Whose fault, who will suffer, they wont care to take the number for call back.

Thats the services you are giving to customer and taking uneccessary charges, Better I sould report your problem to Consumer Court. Everyone there is deaf, No one listen there.

Your Respone is too much slow and you charges me for late fees and all I will not pay any late few for 1/8/08 to 2/8/08 statement

Payement Due for Feb - 9364.97

Payment due for March - 12529.34

Total Payment of 21894.31 I will be depositing the chque for same today. Coz you have done the same for feb statement where i have clears all my dues for Jan-08, Mail is below in detail. But make sure not any dues will reflect in next statement of 8 March -08 to 8 April -08.

No Late fees and financial charges will be incldued in the next statement

You are forcing me to go out of service from your bank. Ok I will decide what to do now.

Could you please clarify one thing, I have already made the payment fro current month statement excluding finance charges. So better i should not get any finance charges in my statement. If i will get the statement inculding finance charges I will not make nay payment due to poor services provided by you.

We will like to inform you that late fees are levied due to non payment of at least minimum amount due within payment due date. The finance charges are levied due to non payment of total outstanding within payment due date.

We would also like to clarify that interest on any retail transaction is levied @3.10% if the total outstanding is not paid within due date and this is calculated from the date of transaction until the total amount is fully repaid.

Therefore we express our inability in reversing the finance charges levied on your card account. However as a service gesture we have reversed the late fee of Rs. 600.00 along with the associated service tax. The reversal will be a part of your next card statement.
