Flowers and cake

Dear sir,

My son who is resident of West Lafettee, Indiana State has ordered me a cake and flowers to be delviered on 31st night. Order No.5103522

Some courier person called me on 1st after noon when I was in office and enquired about my residential address. (my husband also not in house) He said that u got one cake and flowers and they are bringing them to myk house. I told them not to come now because nobody is in my house at that time kindly come after 6 in the evening on the same date.

But to our surprise my son has received mail that the flowers and cake were delivered to the given address.

I am sorry to say that no body has turn up in the evening evening we waited for 3 to 4 hours and called them also. But we have got no reply from them.

We were lot of confidence on rediff shopping. If these events are heppen people loose their faith.

Kindly look into the matter and refund the money paid by my son at an early date.
