Speaker problem

I purchased a FLY cell phone last December. Some time later there was some problem with the speaker i gave the phone to the guy in the service center which is in jaipur he told me it would be repaired in 7 to 10 days its more than 2 months they r not returning my cell phone .they r telling me that ur cellphone is in chennai.
