Dual sim doesn't work

I bought fly mobile (B700 duo) on14-12..which is dual sim..and after 20 days one sim was doesn't work..Then first i goto chembur service center ..He said me that if u want ur mobile early then goto andheri.. I submited my mobille at andheri on 31-1... and the person said me that come after 20 days... then i call him after 20 days and he said me that your mobile come after 5 days... everyday.. but now today onwards on 25-3-09... he don't give my mobile... and not pickup the call...
