I HAVE GIVEN MY MOBILE, MODEL NO B 700, AT SRI SAI CELL SHOPPE LOCATED AT D.NO.30-15-153/6, PAVAN ENCLAVE, OPP.HDFC BANK, DABAGARDENS IN VISAKHAPATNAM, ON 07-09, TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM OF SPEAKER IS NOT WORKING. THE MECHANIC ASKED ME TO COME THRICE TO THE SHOP WHICH IS 30KM DISTANCE FROM MY HOME AND WHEN EVER I GO HE IS SIMPLY SAYING THAT IT IS NOT YET REPAIRED SPARES HAVE TO COME FROM HEAD OFFICE. HE TAKEN OUT THE SCREEN GUARD FROM MOBILE, HE PIERCED ALONG THE SIDE EDGE TO OPEN THE MOBILE TOTALLY HE SPOILED ITS LOOK, ITS BOTH HALVES ARE NOT PERFECTLY FIXED WITH GAP BETWEEN THEM ALL ALONG THE SIDE, HE RUDELY TOLD ME THAT "FOR FLY MOBILE ONCE REPAIRED IT WILL NOT SET CORRECTLY, ALL FLY MOBILES ARE LIKE THAT". IF YOU DONT WANT TO TAKE IT YOU TALK TO THE OTHER MECHANIC WHO HANDOVERED YOUR MOBILE. AND THAT PERSON IS TELLING THAT THE PROBLEM IS NOT YET RECTIFIED AND TIME IS REQUIRED TO REPAIR. IT IS ALREADY 1 MONTH IS OVER. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. THANK YOU.
