I had bought a DS410 on April 19 and after one month my phone had problem in charging so i took it to service centre in Laxmi Nagar where i was told that the data cable was faulty. The address of the customer care is:

I had given the cable on 3rd June for replacement (under guarantee period) and i have not received back the cable till date.
The person in charge of the above service centre says that the cable is not coming from the company. Even the customer care of the company does not take any action on the matter as i have complained to them over phone.
I have also registered a complaint on the company through their email: [email protected] which they have acknowledged but have not taken any action yet.
