My FLY DS500, was given to ACCEL FRONTLINEfor touch screen probelm under the No. CN1-FL-046473 on 12/10/09, which is under waranty period. I am not able to reach them, their contact LL number (always engaged) and the Mobile no. noted (always swicthed off) and the email ID (no reply even after SEVEN days) in the receipt you issued to me.
Can tou help to let me know the status of my mobile.
