Battery sucks!

I bought this phone in june, and i am very disappointed with the battery backup. Whenever i uses it, the phone automatically shuts down and when i charges it, the phone displays the warning battery over temperature! what the hell, i suggest u to not to buy it..if anyone has the solution, plz tell me...
