TOUCH SCREEN problem

Dear All,

I have puchased FLY E105 mobile on 28-october and with in 2-3 month i had TOUCH SCREEN problem, cannot receive call (touch screen wont work or call receive buttons wont work), callcan't be disconnected, automatically switches off and some times starts vibrating and we cant even switch off the mobile, it has to reset itself may be after 5 or 7 minutes, we explained it completlt to ACCEL FRONT LINE LIMITED, cunningham road, bangalore on 23th FEBUARY 2009 and till now their is no call or any updates from ACCEL FRONT LINE, and if we call them, they comment that FLY customer care is not supporting. please help me out and solve this issues and other FLY customers issues as soon as possible.
