Handset is in warranty period and got display problem. I had given it to the service centre 2 times but there is no positive reply from there side. I purchased it on 21-sept. on my name...

Model number of handset is "V100" and its IMEI number is "356845013415193".. Every time they keep handset for minimum 20 days... If possible i want a new handset or my money back... Kindly help us...
