The customer has booked the courier in Flyking couriers on 8th and the same got received in Bangalore office on 9th afternoon but now it is 11th afternoon still the pack is not delivered to me and when i called the courier person they are telling me to come to some place so that he can give the parcel to me see how silly it is for the courier they are charging 100/- and we have to go to them and we have to collect the courier. can we do some thing to cancel the registration of this courier service.
