I have purchased new fly mobile from Subiksha Stores, Goregaon in the month of mid June.
After few days my mobile starts getting switch off automatically & neither I could give any calls nor could I receive any calls on my mobile.
Later I had given my mobile for maintenance to ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED on 28th June but till date I have not received my handset. Whenever I give call to to Maintenance centre I always gets a reply that till now they have not received any kit from Delhi.
Now I am really fed up calling them.
Request you to please suggest how I would process further.
