I bought a brand new Fly mobile (Model No. Fly v100) on 27-10. The unit suffered from manufacturing defects, hence it was sent to the FLY authorised service centre at Ghatkopar (w), Mumbai on -18/2/09 first time they reparied but still facing same problem. Again it was sent to the FLY authorised service centre at Ghatkopar (w), Mumbai on -07/8/09 . Now the service centre was unable to repair the set and therefore washed their hands off by saying that the problem was due to water logging.
I had made a request to the service center to send me their findings with a quotation but they appear to be unwilling.
Now they are reluctant and adamant stating that the mobile is unrepairable.
The company was neither repairing the set nor replying me.
I have all the communication with the company through mails.
Please advice.
