Horrible travel in mumbai

As per government rule, public can not walk from main road are if footpaths are available on that particular road-way. But how people can walk on the footpath if it is already full of vegetable sellers.

The vegetable sellers congregate on the footpath of the main road of Shirodkar Mandai road near parel station.

This is everyday problem & we are really fed up to this.
