We have purchased this product on 22/04 from BIG BAZAAR INDERLOK, DELHI. The capacity of the filter is 18 litre. It is not functioning properly ever since we have bought it. No body came even to install it. Now it is not at all filtering the water. Water does not passes from the top container to the bottom one. As a result we are not able to use it. It has become useless for us. We have registered a complaint no. M 54730 on 02.06.08. Ever since then we have been following up with Mr. Sonu on Help line no. 01139883333 and Ms Jyoti on 01130261175 and 01130261179 at their Office. Everyday we are told Engineer will come but nobody has turned up so far. We had bought it for Rs. 1800/- but now we feel cheated. We were assured of a very good service at regular intervals. We went for the product keeping in view the brand-name but to our dismay it seems it has turned out to be a fraud. Kindly help us in getting the filter repaired. This situation has resulted in a health hazard for us. My son is suffering from jaundice for the last 4-5 days. We have learnt that other Companies who are selling the same kind of product are sending their Engineer to install the product and are providing after sale service every-month. But it seems we have chosen a wrong brand. Please help.
