EFP not clear still

I am a ex-employee of forbes concept hospitality, (bangalore & Mysore), Joined date is 20th nov i left the job 28th nov.my employee code is 0349 & PF No is MH/48626/349. i got only RS.6515 of my pf clearence.if i call the forbes office nobodies not reponding of this problem.
