Poor after sale service

I am using Designa Aqua from Forbes for almost a year now. I have registed a complaint at 080-39883333 (complait #2339 name: Ritesh) almost 3 weeks back and was promised that will be attanded shortly in a day or two. But even after reminding them repetedly, no one turned up. Everytime they assure me that it will be attended in a day or two and eventualy nothing happens.

I didn't expect such a bad experience from a company like Forbes. Can someone please help me where I can escalete this issue.
