Complaint was lodged by making call to 033-39883333 but noone came to attend to the problem even within 48 hours. Again telephone call was made to the same number on 5th December but noone turned up to attend the problemdespite assurance. It is thus clear that the company has no control over the local service providers and the assurance of attending to complaints within 24 hours is not fulfilled in my case. There is urgent need on the part of the company to keep regular track of complaints. My problem may be attended to immediately
