Form 16
Regarding not receiving Form 16 from HDFC Bank (centorion bank of punjab)

Myself Ramesh Kella i am having complain against hdfc bank (centorion bank of punjab) regaring Form 16.

I was working in centorion bank of punjab and want Form 16 from 1st APRIL 07 TO 6th FEB 08 (last date of my working) but were not providing me Form 16 so many mail was done but not a single reply from their side please help me regarding this problem.

Do needful as soon as possible.
