Dear sir my pan card no. is ALTPK0199E And name is Rajinder Kumar. i joined Centurion Bank of Punjab Ltd. in july.and left in july. and my employee ID was T-18766. you know CBOP has been merged with HDFC BANK. My issue regarding Form 16. The cbop (HDFC BANK) is not issuing my form 16. i want to fill up my ITR. i Have already paid TDS. and some of income tax i have to paid to income tax department. because of this problem i can not fill my ITR.
