The mistakes are done by the illiterate typists and who suffers is the user.
Giving here the mistakes done by the typists
1). I got my PAN card prepared from Gujarat (where your father's name comes in your name). Name printed on my card was Ashish Arunkumar Bhatnagar. In field name I filled in my name Ashish Bhatnagar and in Father's name I filled in Arun Kumar Bhatnagar and automatically they printed my name Ashish Arunkumar Bhatnagar on my PAN card.
2). on my passport my mother's name printed was SARITA Bhatnagar, where actually her name is SAVITA Bhatnagar.
3). on my Voter ID card, name of my father printed was ARU Bhatnagar; his actual name is ARUN Kumar Bhatnagar.
And the Height is...
4). my company opened my salary account in HDFC. HDFC took my name from my PAN card and opened my account on Ashish Arunkumar Bhatnagar's name. The other side I had written Ashish Bhatnagar in the name field provided in the form. Bank says they take name what is written on the ID proof, I asked then why they have provided the name field in the form, they have no answer. I said my company did not ask me for the ID proof and PAN card I had submitted for PAN card proof and not for ID proof. When they found 2 different names in form and on the ID provided then why they have opened my account? They have no answer of my question, then why my Name Ashish Bhatnagar was printed on the ATM card and on the Welcome Kit. I had provided my mobile number, then also the bank did not bother to call me and ask me for the wrong names and the person told me that it could have been done by taking approval of any senior, I said but the approval was not taken by me, who the hell is that senior to give the approval of doing the correction without my knowledge. The answer that lady gave me was unexpected, she asked me to publish in the news paper for the change in name. She wanted me to change my actual name to the wrong name and that too which is the result of the mistake done by the illiterate typists.
