Franchexpress Couriers
Couriers are not being deliverd on time

I feel like sueing the FRANCH EXPRESS COURIERS. Unfortunately we do not have that LAW in india.

Overview of what has happened, I ordered my ICICI Cheque book and to LUCK ICICI shifted gears from ELBEE COURIERS to FRANCH EXPRESS COURIERS god knows why had such a bad move.

FRANCH EXPRESS COURIER received my CHEQUE BOOK on 27th Aug'10 (Ref: S02295626) and i kept calling them they have not deliverd till 30th aug'10 (Today).

When asked, if can i come and take from office directly they say it will not be handed over directly.

Such a Disgusting service by FRANCH EXPRESS COURIER (PERUNGUDI, CHENNAI).

Do not know the F*** they are doing with my courier without delivering it. Where i'm very much in need to the cheque book.
