Modem not given on rent

Hi,

Iam a resident of Pimple Saudagar. The BSNL braodband connection are provided in this area by the Ganesh Relecom Franchisee of BSNL. But they make the consumer buy the Modem instead of renting it out. Also they do not provide the Combo plan of braodband which generally BSNL provides. The BSNL combo plan provides a good packge of braodband connection land line (the land line rental becomes free because of the combo offer).

The franchisee here first of all are not providing the Modem on rent and hence invariable the customer have to buy it and neither are they providing the combo plan offer that generally BSNL provides.
