After 25 days of regular follow up atlast I have received the consignement. Whereas as per the offer they have not enclosed any gift vouchers in that. Instead they have given website addres www.bookstoday.in/promos/htm wherein I am unable to log on that website itself is not working. My membership ID is ITBC09136218, web ID 1596218 and my unique number is 159621802B090003152 I would like to avail my gifts. How can I proceed further.
