We have purchased a LG refrigerator from E-zone, it’s a Future Group’s electronic retail chain of stores, from there Fun Republic Mall’s shop, Lucknow. in the name of M.A.ENTERPRISE. The Door have a permanent problem it remains open, the door’s closing vacuum/ magnetic mechanism has a permanent problem, that has been identified and declared by LG technician on the receipt, the problem noticed 3 months back and since then we have been running to the shop (E-Zone, Lucknow), chasing LG technician and making hundreds of calls have long conversation with the customer service agents at LC customer care centre but all of no use. We even told them that if the problem not sorted out we’ll file a complain in the consumer forum but that too didn’t made an difference in the attitude of neither E-Zone employees. My refrigerator is still in the warranty period, we are just wondering if the warrenty terms get expired then these people wont look at us, We are helpless, we don’t know how to get our refrigerator’s door or the refrigerator get replace
