Egarding insurance on credit

Dear sir,

I am azeez shaik, S/o shaik Bakshi has taken a loan from fullerton india. After taking the loan my father expired. For the credit that has been taken there has been insurance on credit shield. We have paid Rs.75000/, the whole amt. taking credit from one of my uncle. Recently 3 months back I received two cheques (of insurance on credit shield) inthe name of my father worth around Rs. 500/ each. When we asked the area manager, guntur he told that the data we cant retrieve it back, so you cant get any insurance on the credit.

Since the loan amt. has insurance cover I beleleive we need to receive the insurance amt, which the bank person is denying to give.plz help me out in solving this problem.
