I ordered for a Koryo 21inches TV on 24th July. It is mentioned in the order that I will get a Dish TV free with that order.
I received the Tv on 4th July but didnot receive the Dish TV. Since then I am calling the customer care of FutureBazaar but with no avail. They now say that the offer was never there and it was an Application error which was showing as if DishTV is free. Since I told them that I am going to cpmplain to the consumer forum they said that they will send a voucher of Rs.500/- as a token of apology.
But I am not going to accept that as I am feeling cheated by FutureBazaar. Either they should send DishTV or the amount equal to DishTV
