dear sir/mam,

this is mukesh jha & my no. is 999974020, i would like to focus on the level of services your co. is providing to the customers & the problem which i m facing from last 2 months.

1.a made a call to the customer service at least 7 times, upto 5 calls i was not told that i have to clear the dues then only my credit limit will be reduced.

2.on the 6 time along with the limit decreasing request, imade a request to change my rental plan, your executive told me that first make the dues clear & then only your limit& plan will be decreased. He gave me a commitment that it will be done within 72 hours.

3.today i.e on 13.02.09 when i made a call for the confirmation i was told that plan has been changed but stiss request for decreasing has not been closed.

may i know why???

4.Again i was told that first a fall i have to clear the dues then again i have to foward request & it will take 72 hours... in this way the whole story continues.

5.after 2 months out put???

what i found is nill.
