Sub:- Grievance regarding Telephone Connection No. 24502674
The undersigned is subscriber of your Department and is having Telephone Connection No. 24502674 installed at the residence. As advised by your Customer Care Services, Economy plan was opted with facility of free service on two phone nos. (not to be charged). On late, Super Economy Plan was opted for after discussion and advise by your Customer Care Services that only Rs.100/- will be charged as rent and free talk time for an equal amount and facility of free service on two phone nos. (not to be charged) will continue as in the earlier plan.
However, it is regretted to state that the facility of free service on two phone nos. which were suppose not to be charged have been charged.
It is again requested that revised bill may be sent to my residence address at the earliest, otherwise i can not payment in time
In addition bill details are not being sent even after charges @ Rs.50/- have been charged from Nov.' 07 to April' 08 which may be reimbursed or adjusted in the current bill as the same has not been received.
It is, therefore, requested that the grievance of the undersigned may kindly be looked into personally and mitigate the same as early as possible. The correspondence done vie E-mail in the said connection is enclosed herewith for ready reference.

For that you have
Convert into the last plan (BONANZA FW 289 PLAN)
then you will use the Facility of two free number.
